Robert Allardice is the founder and Chairman of Allardice® Enterprises, Inc.
Mr. Allardice founded Allardice® Enterprises, Inc., in 2013 after successfully serving in the United States Air Force for over 33 years, reaching the three star rank of Lieutenant General.
With 26 years senior executive experience, Mr. Allardice is recognized as an innovative pioneer who transforms modern complex global systems, as evidenced by a remarkable record of achievement in both the United States Military and in business. Mr. Allardice has strategically led organizations ranging from 5 to over 133,000 individuals.
His passion for equipping others and engineering inventive solutions for the Digital Age is manifested in the focus and purpose of his company. AEI has had the honor of effectively collaborating with multiple organizations including large, multi-national, government entities, and small businesses in a variety of sectors.
Mr. Allardice’s corporate oversight includes a $20 billion operation with broad responsibilities encompassing operations, training and programming; installation oversight and financial management; and leadership of the US Military’s global air mobility enterprise.
Angela Black
Angela serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Allardice® Enterprises, Inc. and shares an excitement to harness technology and utilize the skills of a non-traditional workforce.
Seeking to expand her experience and diversify her skills, Angela has left no role untouched. She began her career as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer in the US Air Force. Working in multiple high operations tempo positions, she led and managed organizations up to 329 personnel, 22 aircraft, and $3 billion in assets. The experience she developed during six years of dedicated work with operational missions caused her to recognize the importance of training future leaders. For the next two years, Angela focused her passion and experience on training future officers as an instructor for the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps.
Upon fulfillment of her active duty service commitment, Angela continued to serve her country as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer in the US Air Force Reserve and currently serves as a member of the New Mexico Air National Guard. As proven by her continuous service, she has a passion for community as well as success for individuals and organizations. The breadth of her experience yields copious talent for others to glean.
Angela Black currently resides in Albuquerque, NM. With an eagerness to absorb all she could about effective processes and leadership, she studied business at the University of Washington and earned her MBA from Liberty University. Her passion for educating and equipping others deepens as she watches organizations thrive in this complex Digital Age. When not assisting companies, she spends her time with family, enjoying a great cup of coffee, or hiking a scenic trail.
